In couple therapy, we’ll slow things down and help you both make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we’ll work together to rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and create a relationship where you both feel seen, safe, and supported. We can talk openly about sex and intimacy, navigate the impact of betrayal or broken trust, and explore new ways of being together that honor each of your needs.
